When this location opens, clinicians will use Dr. Blake’s protocols to complete a detailed history, emotional evaluation, and physical examination to understand the etiology of your head and neck pain before recommending a treatment plan.
When headacheMD® North Dakota opens, patients will receive evaluation grounded in Dr. Blake’s network protocols — the same clinical framework used at the Houston flagship.

Network locations will follow her protocols for chronic migraine, nerve compression headache, cervicogenic headache, and chronic tension-type headache — with careful decision-making about the drivers of head and neck pain.
